20 is not to old for Halloween and dressing in costume, I have some years on you and I still wear something every year on Halloween, I even get dressed up for work on Halloween.
Not sure if you like to party but going out in costume is a lot of fun.

Haha I’m 20 too but I still get stopped for underaged driving sometimes.
If you’re anything like me you won’t get any weird looks if you dress up.
