Sorry for going into hibernation for a while, Highschool and daily translations just don’t really work for me. Granted, I haven’t graduated yet but I still want to translate for you guys if your okay with my machine translation.

Honestly 50% of the reason why I didn’t come back was because of the scariest thing on the internet. The comment section *DUN DUN DUUUUN* granted, I haven’t read through the new comments you guys posted while I was gone (at the time of writing this post), but the pure shame of not posting and letting you guys down just made me want to turn away from the site completely, but I’m back now right?

So umm… yeah. I got a few more announcements so brace yourselves.

Okay first of all I want to say this, I won’t be doing a collab with Light Novel Translation to continue Re:Master Magic. It brings back the dark memories of leaving you guys and the shame of already dropping it once so I’d rather not pick it up again. Plus, as you know from my lack of an editor, I prefer to work alone. I haven’t read the chapters past the ones that I translated but from the reviews on novel updates and such I can guess that the story is going downhill fast.

So then what will I translate you ask?  Unfortunately I haven’t decided yet. There are a few stories that have caught my eye but my policy is to only translate one series at a time, so I guess i’ll leave it up to you guys.

I chose these novels because they have a short amount of chapters (less than 100), unlike the hundreds of chapters that were in Re:Master Magic, I think it will be easier for me to translate if I have a goal in mind that I can see in the maybe-not-so distant future. I also chose them because they’re interesting, the MC’s are different and I like them. But By all means recommend other novels for me to check out first in case I want to use them later.

First would be ‘Botsuraku Youtei Nanode, Kajishokunin wo Mezasu’ or “Expecting to Fall into Ruin, I Aim to Become a Blacksmith” check out the synopsis and what is already translated here:

The person who had been translating this before is practically dead (Maybe for the same reasons I was) despite saying they were alive and has only contacted people on April fools saying they would release one when they didn’t.

The Second one that caught my eye is “Villainess Brother Reincarnation” (I have a thing with the MC becoming the Villain/Villainess okay?!).

This one though is being translated by ‘useless04’. The thing is, is that he’s stopping translations for this project so he can focus on his other ones, but he never said he’d drop it. I messaged him but he hasn’t replied back yet (at the time of writing this post) if I can take the project or not.

With that being said for now I’ll put up this poll so you guys can decide which I should pick up, but if useless04 doesn’t give me permission to take his project I’ll go with the other one automatically.

One more thing, I’m still in highschool, so I won’t be able to do daily releases, I’ll try to update as much as I can but I don’t think I can keep up with the pace I was trying to give you guys before, I’m only a sloth after all. 😛

I’ll wait a day or 2 to get results and get hope to get a message from ’04’ so My first chapter back will either be on Wednesday or Thursday. I hope you guys enjoy my machine translations. Please take care of me.
